To celebrate the 85th anniversary of the creation of its first lighter, S.T. Dupont unveils an exclusive collection inspired by the Phoenix, a symbol of rebirth, strength, and continuity. Through two limited-edition Ligne 2 lighters, the House pays tribute to its ability to reinvent itself while preserving its exceptional craftsmanship. These creations embody the union of heritage, boldness, and artisanal excellence. In homage to 1941, the year the first S.T. Dupont lighter was created, only 1,941 pieces of each model have been produced. Ligne 2 lighter adorned with a glossy orange lacquer featuring a flame-effect design, engraved with a gold phoenix and the number 85. Cap set with gold-tone diamond-shaped tips. Gold-tone finishes. Features a double yellow flame and the famous “cling.”

Before Pearl Harbor, a squadron of volunteer American pilots was already fighting. Recruited in secret, outnumbered in every engagement, outgunned on paper. They destroyed 297 Japanese aircraft for 14 pilots lost, then painted shark teeth across the nose of their P-40 Warhawks. Pure psychological warfare, imagined by bold men. Officially dissolved on July 4th, 1942. Legends never dissolve. We thought that deserved a blade.
