The essence collection combines two core values of the Mondaine brand: innovation and sustainability. The latest technologies are used to manufacture this sustainable wristwatch mainly from renewable raw materials. Materials such as castor oil that are renewable or recycled are used for bracelets and watch cases. The watch is supplied in packaging made from 100% recycled PET bottles, which can be used as a cover for a smartphone, for example. Essence reinterprets the original design of the Swiss station clock in a sustainable and new way.
All Mondaine watches stand for Swiss quality and watchmaking tradition. They are handcrafted in our factory in Switzerland. Every watch is tested there for 30 meters of water resistance and is given an international guarantee of two years
